Gina interviewed with us and did a two-day trial, and while she wasn't exactly what I was looking for, so was punctual, kind and careful with our baby, practiced good handwashing hygiene, and had abundant energy to play with our baby. I can tell Gina has a lot of experience with babies probably ages 18 months and older. My baby was under 3 months, and I was looking for more of a NCS (as a first-time mom, myself) Gina was fast to adapt to our routine and followed instructions well. If you have energetic and playful kids, Gina would be the perfect carer for them!
