I have a license and certification in Occupational Therapy Assistance. My experience as a COTA is with children in the pediatric setting. However, I have past experience working with older adults. I was a fitness instructor and silver sneakers instructor for active older adults for about 10 years. I also have ongoing experience with my father who has dementia. I believe caregiver need a break and I can offer companionship for your loved one while you rest however you wish. I am available some weekends.
