Hello families! I'm currently a nanny for twin 3-year-olds who I've been with since the age of 8 months, but as they transition to preschool i'm seeking a new family to partner with for the upcoming year or potentially longer. Above all else i'm seeking a good match personality and schedule wise. A little about my experience: I have roughly 10 years of diverse childcare experience including positions as a mother's helper, babysitter, preschool teacher, and as a short and long-term nanny. I have experience with baby-led weaning, sleep training, potty training, and most of the general transitions that come with toddlerhood. I've worked with multiples, and with children diagnosed with ADHD, as well as Autism. I do not have a car of my own but I have a license and experience driving kids. She absolutely loves babies and children and it shows. She has about 5-6 younger cousins that she is experienced in watching and you can tell she enjoys it. She is punctual and reliable. I would definitely recommend her. We love Haley!
