Learning comes alive when students feel confident and supported. I have two years of experience helping elementary and middle school students thrive in math, science, and art. I actively listen to understand each student's unique learning style and adapt my teaching with visual aids, hands-on activities, and open discussions. I break down complex problems into manageable steps, celebrating every success along the way. Open communication is key, so I provide regular updates to parents to reinforce learning. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment and seeing their confidence soar is the most rewarding part of tutoring. I have a high school degree, a car, and I'm comfortable tutoring at your home, online, in a library, or at school. I'm CPR and First Aid certified. Currently I am studying at the Colorado School of Mines majoring in QBE (quantitative biosciences and engineering) and minoring in biochemistry.
