Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my calling. For the past 20 +years, I've been in the healthcare industry working in a nursing home facility for 10 + years and then in home care setting for another 10+ years providing compassionate support and promoting independence. My experience includes personal care, mobility assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and safe transportation. I'm also adept at dementia care, physical activity, and adapting to changing routines. I prioritize creating a comfortable environment and addressing any confusion with a calm, patient approach. I communicate with families through daily reports and verbal updates, always respecting their preferred method. Supporting families and providing a reliable care option is important to me.
