My name is Iliana, and I am a dependable and caring individual currently transitioning from a dental assistant role into full-time childcare. Most of my hands-on childcare experience comes from caring for family members' children, where I developed strong skills in responsibility, patience, structure, and safety. I am highly reliable and accustomed to early mornings, as I currently wake up at 4 a.m. for work, so punctuality and consistency are very important to me. My background in a medical setting has strengthened my attention to cleanliness, organization, safety, and remaining calm under pressure. I genuinely enjoy working with children and creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where they can grow and feel supported.
