I've worked for years in child care (infant and toddler) at a daycare, as a teacher (4th and 5th grade), nannying (age 2 and 4 years) elder care (food preparation, light housework) and as a tutor (high school Algebra and Pre-calculus and college German). In childcare, I hope to work with families who want to encourage their children to grow and learn the things they're most excited about, who value minimal or no screen time, reading, physical activity and play. In elder care I want to provide support for those experiencing a difficult time. In particular, I have interest in end of life care, I have cared for two loved ones in their final days.

Irma took excellent care of my two boys when they were ages 1 and 3. She was very reliable and kind, and came up with lots of fun activities for them all to do together. They still remember her fondly even many years later. I would highly recommend her as a care giver.
