My experience includes adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and managing confusion with care. I understand the importance of building a connection by learning about your loved one's preferences and history. I communicate openly with families, providing written daily reports and adapting to your preferred method. I'm also trained in First Aid and can assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
