About Valerie

Providing heartfelt support to adults and seniors comes naturally to me. For the past six years, I've been privileged to assist individuals with their well-being and independence. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, I offer transportation, light housekeeping, meal preparation, mobility assistance, and medical management. I also run errands and shop for my clients. I have a wide range of experience in this field of work! I'm patient, calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I have experience de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families using their preferred method. Understanding a care recipient's preferences and history is important to me. I also have First Aid Training and CPR Training. I've completed some college. I look forward to bringing my skills and caring nature to your family.
