Hi! I'm Jean! I both worked as a babysitter and a caregiver as my part time job! I am passionate and always put a heart on my job. I am flexible and follow rules if there is a set of routines or schedules that need to be done on the entire shift. I used to be a cook so I do prepare foods/meals, light housekeeping, do some errands, grocery, companionship or others. For the past two years. I have experience adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and managing confusion. I understand the importance of learning about each person's preferences and history. I communicate with families through daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I'm patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I am CPR and First Aid trained.
