About Jennifer

In December 2018 I will obtain my Elementary/Special Education degree from IUPUI. Throughout my college education, I have spent extensive amounts of time learning and applying skills/strategies to teach kids in math, science, reading, and writing. I worked with individual students from kindergarten through second grade in both math and reading. In the small group setting, I have worked with third grade students in math and fifth grade students in science. I have student-taught kindergarten at Irvington Elementary School and am currently student teaching at McClelland Elementary School in a Student Support Center. I also volunteer at Down Syndrome Indiana as part of The Learning Program where I work with young children on math and reading.
