About Jonathan

Hi! I'm Jonathan, Brooklyn based and originally from North Carolina. I hold a Master's in Global Health from Duke and a BA in Psychology from UNC Greensboro. While in grad school, I worked as an assistant teacher at an early childhood school, supporting preschool students with their academic and social emotional development. After, three families reached out to me directly for babysitting, something I'm really proud of. What I love most about working with children is getting to know them as individuals. I genuinely care about their interests, ideas, and perspectives. Education and personal growth are central to my approach (my mother is an educator, so maybe it runs in the family!). I'm always happy to help with homework in a way that builds real understanding, not just memorization. Families have told me they appreciate my reliability, clear communication, and the genuine care I bring to their children. I'd love to meet your family!
