Every student possesses the ability to achieve their goals with the right support. I create an engaging and patient learning environment where we can build confidence and foster a love for learning. With a graduate degree and 30 years of experience, I actively listen and observe to adapt my teaching methods. I connect challenging topics to real-world examples, celebrate successes, and encourage curiosity. Open communication is essential. Regular updates help parents stay informed, and I adapt my approach for optimal outcomes. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding aspect of tutoring. I would love to help your student find theirs! I have been an early childhood bilingual teacher (PreK-2nd grade) in California, Nevada and Washington states.
