Hi my name is Karen. I have many years of experience caring for seniors. Starting when I was young I worked in nursing homes. I really experienced a lot of hands on time with my father for the last 15 years of his life. I was his only caretaker (until his last month) helping him with all of his daily living tasks, everything from driving him to doctor's appointments, giving all medications, managing the household, meals, laundry, bathroom and then diapers. Karen has been great with my Dad. She helps him with the bathing in the morning and his exercises as well. They take walks when it is cool enough outside since my Dad is in a wheelchair. She gets his laundry done and organizes the home. My Dad who is not really outgoing loves to have her come over. My wife and I don’t know what we would do without Karen helping us and my Dad.
