Kristie was extremely good at communication, and she has been very caring with our mom. She was so thoughtful and would bring mom little things that just made mom's day. She was very flexible; we do not have any complaints. She has been great companionship for our mom, in addition to being proactive and knowledgeable about the physical issues that our mom had. She has excellent experience, and she is quick to share helpful thoughts and suggestions. Kristie has truly been a godsend. The only reason she doesn't work for us is because our mom passed away.
