About Krizia

I'm a UC Berkeley and Teach For America alum for grades K-12. I've excelled most through my role as a mother. I am updated on the latest research for effective instruction and child development because there are few roles more impactful than educator. I'm engaging, curious, and inspiring. Tailoring instruction to the student's interests is the best way to teach. I enjoy working one-on-one or so each person gets the time and attention they deserve. I'm looking for a role that appreciates my expertise and experience as a classroom teacher and world-class curriculum developer. I started tutoring when I was in high school, over 2 decades ago! In my spare time, I practice classical painting and piano, cook, travel, garden, and am an active member of my church community. I attained my Master of Science in English Education. I also trained in the North American Montessori Curriculum Association. I create scaffolded, dynamic lessons using real life examples and proven curricula.
