About Lalainia

I have over 20 years of experience working for a public school district in both special education and mainstream classrooms K-5. My district has provided me with extensive ongoing certified training and continued support in working with each of the grades. The training provided by the district includes tutoring and behavior management techniques that have proven to make a great difference in the academic and social lives of students. My breakthrough rate with difficult students is very high and usually occurs within a short period of time. Having been in classrooms with so many teachers and students for over 20 years, I have accumulated a very large toolbox of both academic and social emotional teaching techniques. I pride myself on having the ability to reach challenged students where they are at, build rapport and lead them to the tools and mindset of a good learner in such a way that it becomes intrinsic for them personally.
