About Lauren

Hi there! My name is Lauren . I am originally from Washington DC, and just graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Psychology. As someone interested in human connection, behavior and interaction, I hope to pursue a Masters in Counseling. In the meantime, I hope to be a nanny for any NYC family in need of help! I am an attentive childcare provider with background in caring for diverse family styles and arrangements. I see myself as a positive role model who is focused on supporting development and gaining productive skills. I am an outgoing, creative and active babysitter who engages deeply with all facets of the child's life. I have been nannying, babysitting, camp counseling for the last 10 years and spent the last year as a behavioral therapist for children with Autism. Some of my hobbies include cooking, baking, skiing, seeing movies and spending time with loved ones. I'd describe my personality as empathetic, caring and responsible.
