About Lauren

I'm passionate about nurturing young minds and have spent some the last 10 years of my life to providing reliable childcare for families. It's my mission to make a positive impact on children's lives. I am a recent graduate student and newly relocated to the area. I am currently in the process of looking for full time employment. I have spent the last two years working at a behavioral and mental health facility for adolescents which has strengthened my abilities when working with kids. At work I am praised for my patience and abilities with the youth. My caring nature, creativity, and friendly demeanor make me a sought-after caregiver. I believe in open communication with parents and am willing to tailor our communication style to what makes them most comfortable. I have experience caring for children of all ages and am comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and consistent environment. I'm excited to meet you and your families!
