About LESLIE

Hello! I live in Chicago and have a full-time job during the week as a Delivery Consultant for a software company. I don't have children of my own, but love engaging with kids in age-appropriate activities and sharing in their unique experiences of the world. I consider myself to be optimistic, friendly, energetic, creative, and firm when necessary. I'm consistently punctual and keep kitchen and play spaces tidy and organized. Outside of my full time job, I love the arts, baking/cooking, and being active. I babysat regularly in high school and college - ages from infant to elementary. While in high school I volunteered at a local fitness center in the day care center, caring for children as their parents used the gym. I participated in Big Brothers/Big Sisters in college and enjoyed mentoring children in underserved communities. I am generally available after 4 p.m. on weekday evenings and anytime on weekends. I have a car and live in the South Loop neighborhood.
