With 10 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, I provide respite care, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, and mobility assistance. I am CPR and First Aid trained. My approach is patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I communicate with families through written reports, verbal updates, and regular check-ins. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me.
