About Lisa

Lisa made a point to thoroughly understand and learn about our mom’s needs (medical and personal) - from both our mom and our family - and also added helpful insights based on her own experience and instinctive kindness. She was very patient, but could also be authoritative when needed. She has a great sense of humor, which often eased things for all of us. She is an excellent communicator - kept us updated with any concerns as well as fun day-to-day stuff, and responded promptly any time I had questions. As my mom’s needs changed, Lisa was willing to continue learning and/or facing new challenges, right through her final chapter. Lisa became a true friend to both my mom and ourselves. I could not have found a better person to help take care of my mom.
