Lori was unbelievable! Let's list some descriptors: professional, skilled, caring, knowledgeable, prompt, consultative, pleasant, kind, conversational, competent...the list can go on. We hired Lori through care.com for a trip to NC to visit family for Thanksgiving and needed some help with my mom who is a disabled stroke survivor. Lori checked all the boxes - I think my Mom wants her to move to Florida to help her on a more regular basis, that's how good she was! It's stressful putting someone else, a stranger, in a position to provide very personal and professional help to an elderly loved one - Lori puts all those concerns to bed. We would hire her any time. I couldn't recommend her any more highly.
