About Maddie

As an elementary school paraeducator of two years I have worked closely with English language learners, special education students, and general education students alike, tutoring them in core subjects by adapting classroom material into accessible, individualized lessons. I also implemented intervention strategies to support students who were struggling academically, focusing on building confidence as well as mastery of concepts. In my time as a preschool teacher, I created and taught lessons in for children ages two through five. In both roles, I emphasized inclusive, learning environments that encouraged curiosity and persistence. I am committed to helping each child reach their potential by meeting them where they are and providing the tools, patience, and encouragement they need to succeed. With strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a genuine dedication to student growth, I am confident I can be a valuable asset to your child's educational needs!
