Shirl is incredible. My husband and I have her assist with child pick up from school, after school activities, meal prep, light house work, and pet care. She is timely and very dependable. She is comfortable caring for our 8 y.o old son with combined ADHD, as well as our 5 y.o daughter and 7 month old son. Shirl is flexible with our schedules as parents. She follows the kid's schedules and discipline we set for the kids to assist in keeping them in their routine.
