About Maddison

I've spent the last 6-7 years providing one-on-one behavioral and educational support, and I'm really looking to bring that experience into adult respite care. My background as a Senior Supervisor at People Inc. and my time at The Summit Center has given me a lot of experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and those with developmental disabilities. I'm an expert at 'reading the room' and picking up on body language, which helps me stay completely calm even in high-energy or stressful moments. I've managed everything from strict medication schedules to specific meal prep and hygiene needs--if a routine needs to be followed at 7:01 p.m. exactly, I'm the person who gets it done. For me, it's about providing that sweet, patient care while still being a reliable professional that a family can trust. I usually stay with the people I work for long-term and really become a part of their support system, and I'm hoping to find that same connection here!
