I am a supportive, dedicated, adaptable and empathetic person who enjoy helping students to grow. I believe every student learns differently and needs the appropriate environment to learn where questions are always welcome and confident can thrive. I enjoy tutoring because I believe in a making a difference sharing knowledge and helping others to improve and succeed. Learning while teaching is something I enjoy. When I am looking for a job I always focus on positive and collaborative environment, opportunities to help others, share my experience, flexibility and work-life balance. I started tutoring and mentoring when I was a university student and I was also a tutor in my previous jobs especially with new workers who need specialized induction. In my spare time, I love to be with my family, repair and do home improvement, exercise, read about health or scale models. My skills include : Adaptability, personalized teaching, empathy and subject mastery.
