Not only she took care of my mom very well but went beyond the call of duty, she organize the closet and fold the towels. Clean the dishes and toilet. She was amazing.

Melissa is great! I was a coworker for 6 years till COVID issues down-scaled the chiropractic office where we worked. She was wonderful with all of the patients, getting to know them by name and always making them feel comfortable by taking the time to answer any questions and explaining anything they were unclear about. If she didn't know the answer to their question, she would do her best to find out the correct information. She was very efficient in her responsibilities in the areas of reception, insurance coverage and office organization. She has worked with older people with mental diminishments and physical difficulties as well. She understands privacy and boundary issues.
In other areas, she loves animals, has many interests, likes to be active and creative... in craft projects as well as problem solving... and does not hesitate to ask if she is unclear about something.
Melissa will be an asset wherever she works.
