About Mia

Hi! I just graduated from Linfield University in Oregon with my degree in Psychology and Education. I have been applying myself by volunteering at schools for my major because one day, I want to make a strong impact. I want to provide help to people that need me. I've worked at the Hawaii City and County Department of Parks and Recreation as a Summer Fun leader. I lead children into fun learning activities. And made sure every child is safe and eating well. I worked with children for three years. This summer I will be working there again until the end of July. I'm looking to help a family that is looking for care after 5 p.m. or on weekends, or after July. And because of my experience, I am First Aid certified. I am also fully vaccinated and trained in social distancing kids. In every place that I have worked with kids, they would always talk about how they treat every child like their own. Every child should receive the love and Education in all settings.
