Michelle and I have been friends since 1999. I am proud to say that Michelle has been my stepdaughter since 2007. During this time, I have observed Michelle to be a hard-working person, employed full-time before having children and part-time subsequent to the birth of her first child in 2007. In particular, she has done well working in the Dartmouth-Hitchcock system in the demanding positions of appointment secretary and patient service center representative. I have also observed Michelle in her roles as mother and stepmother to three children. Her diligence and commitment in these roles has been truly impressive. Recognizing the importance of good parenting, she takes the responsibility seriously. Michelle does everything within her power to assure the safety, health, well-being, and physical and emotional growth of her children.
