I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I am experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and incorporating memory care activities. I provide respite care, transportation, hospice services, run errands, shop, and offer home health, personal care, dementia, and medical management support. I'm comfortable with pets, too.
