In that time, she has developed a loving and fun relationship with our son, he really truly looks forward to seeing her and she's an integral part of our household. She has impressive maturity and caring instincts, excellent safety awareness, and has offered us endless insight and experience when it comes to baby/toddler products, education, behavior, and activities (quite helpful as new parents!). From an administrative/logistics perspective, she's on top of it (ALL of it, and god knows there's a lot when it comes to childcare), responsible, punctual, open and communicative, easy breezy.
