I am a full time art teacher at a middle school on the North Shore. I have 10+ years of experience working with children in a variety of settings including art classes, summer camps, chess and circus programs, as well as drama club. I am also the technical director for my school's yearly musicals. I am looking for summer work during summer vacation from school, and am open to working with families if our school breaks align during the school year. I have a bachelors degree in Graphic Design and a Masters of Arts in Teaching. I love nurturing children's creativity and problem solving skills. I always tell my students that I prefer working with kids because they are usually way more creative than most adults, and it's true!! I am able to tutor students in almost any subject, but my personal strengths include 2D and 3D art, theater arts, and English Language Arts.
