For eight years, I've dedicated myself to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors, as well as providing families with reliable care. My passion stems from seeing the smiles, growth, and happiness of those I assist. I previously worked with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and I loved taking them out for social events and helping them enjoy the community. I'm a patient, friendly, and detail-oriented caregiver. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion or behavioral changes with care. I understand the importance of knowing someone's preferences and personal history. I communicate with families through verbal updates or written daily reports, always following their preferred method. I am certified in CPR and First Aid. I offer transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I pursued graduate studies to further my knowledge.
