About Silvia

How do you write a review about someone who feels like a sister? Silvia perhaps takes better care of my mother than I could! I live across the country and my mom recently moved in to memory care. Silvia helped her through the transition, becoming a best friend to her before the move and being her rock and support afterwards. Silvia is "fun," as my mom would say. Full of life, excitement, energy, enthusiasm. She doesn't just show up for the job. She takes matters into her own hands, speaks up for her clients, demands better for them (demands the best!). She goes out of her way to communicate with families outside of her working hours and be on call for emergencies. I could write a book about the creative and generous things Silvia has done with and for my mom over the years. She arranges my mom's jewelry, makeup and outfits before they go out. She takes her to doctor and dentist appointments, to get her hair and nails done. All the personal things you would usually expect only from a family member. She is a world traveler, multi-lingual a devoted mother and wife herself, and trained to be a lawyer. She could have any career she wants, but you can tell her passion is helping people.
