About Skylar

After helping tutor throughout my childhood and then in college I love to help out, not only for others but also a refresher for myself. For two years I helped with childhood education during covid. As a childcare provider with a decade of experience, I'm passionate about helping children learn and grow. My formal education includes coursework in early childhood development, and I've also completed First Aid and CPR training. I'm comfortable caring for multiple children but much prefer one on one. Patient and calm, I'm also friendly and approachable. I'm very comfortable meeting children at their learning levels and enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including board games and puzzles, educational games that promote learning, and technology-based games and apps. I believe in fostering children's growth and development in a nurturing and safe environment, and I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
