About Sophia

I have worked with children in multiple different fields since I was 9-years-old, providing love, care, and kindness to the kids I work with. I have taught dance to children ages 2-14 for nearly 8 years, working either individually with kids or in large groups to foster confidence and passion. Outside of dance, I have five siblings under the age of 15; I often care for them, providing them with meals, transportation, and supervision. I have also babysat children for many years, ranging from ages 3-13. I am a college student at UMD, majoring in psychology and minoring in early childhood studies. I have obtained my Associates Degree and I will earn my Bachelors Degree next year. I love working with children, and hope to become a child psychologist. I can guarantee that my ample experience mixed with my love for children will make me a great fit for you. I am available for most of the summer (May-August), as well as sporadically, so please reach out!
