For the past eight years, I have enjoyed helping elementary students thrive. I hold a college degree and create an engaging, supportive, and patient learning environment. By actively listening and observing, I vary my teaching strategies with visual aids, hands-on activities, and discussions. I connect challenging topics to real-world examples. I celebrate small successes and provide consistent positive reinforcement. Communication is essential for understanding student needs and setting clear expectations. Regular updates help parents stay informed. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding aspect of tutoring. I am comfortable with pets, and I am CPR and First Aid certified. I can tutor at the student's home, center, library, community center, or school. I am eager to help your child succeed in Math, English, and Sports & Fitness.
