About Tayvonne

I have over three years of experience supporting children with a range of developmental, behavioral, and communication needs. In my first year, I worked closely with children who displayed behavioral challenges, where I supported emotional regulation, implemented structured routines, and reinforced positive behaviors in collaboration with supervising staff. In my most recent years, I have worked with children with speech and communication delays, as well as children requiring hands-on assistance with daily living tasks. This included hand-over-hand support, assistance with bathroom routines, and helping children develop independence in a safe, respectful manner. Across all roles, I prioritize patience, consistency, clear communication, and dignity, while adapting support to each child's individual needs.
