With a college degree and a year of experience, I empower students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills for long-term success. I actively listen and observe to assess each student's individual learning style, adapting my teaching methods accordingly, and seek regular feedback through parental check-ins. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to real-world examples, breaking down complex problems, and encouraging curiosity. Communication is essential for understanding student needs and setting clear expectations. The most rewarding aspect of tutoring is seeing a student's confidence grow as they master new skills. I am comfortable tutoring Math, Business, and History at the student's home, a center, online, the library, a community center, or a coffee shop.
