About William

I have been working with children since 2009 in many different of educational settings. I have experience with running a karate school where I taught discipline, confidence, and focus through martial arts. I also led after-school and summer camp programs, creating engaging and supportive environments that helped children grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Later, as a director for MSCR, I managed youth programs that served diverse student populations, and as a behavior interventionist at a middle school, I supported students in developing positive behavior and self-regulation skills. Today, I teach 3rd grade, bringing together my years of experience to create a classroom that values respect, curiosity, and perseverance.
