Let’s practice our drawing techniques with this Beatrix Potter inspired mouse! Potter was a popular English writer and illustrator, responsible for classic stories such as “Peter Rabbit”. This week we are mimicking her whimsical style to draw an adorable mouse. Students will get to practice line and form, to set up a successful composition with a distinct background and foreground. They will also learn valuable cross hatching techniques to express value and light. Perfect class for children ages 7-9 years old. 90-min class We will use a variety of media, including watercolor, acrylic & tempera paints, oil pastels, mixed media, and clay for our intermediate classes throughout the school-year! Join us on Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday each week... or whenever it's convenient for you! We do the same project each of those days for each week, and then something new for the next week!

Join us weekly on Sunday's for an hour and a half of creativity! Our teacher will guide you through a step by step on canvas, but if you want to add your own ideas and personality to your painting - we encourage it.

This four-week watercolor workshop is designed for artists who want to build confidence and skill with watercolor painting.
