Hi! I'm Kristen, someone who loves helping people feel confident, supported, and encouraged in everything they do. I have years of dance experience and enjoy using it to inspire creativity, movement, and confidence, especially with girls and teens! I also bring 12 years of nonprofit experience, including executive support and community programs, and I was laid off in November. Now I'm excited to use my skills to help people in practical ways, whether it's mentoring, organizing, running errands, helping with household tasks, or just being a reliable, encouraging presence. I'm warm, dependable, and proactive, and I love creating spaces where people feel safe, empowered, and supported. Whether it's through dance, life skills, or everyday assistance, I enjoy helping people grow, feel confident, and make life a little easier.
