Welcome to Racquets & Swim New this summer we are expanding racquet sports to include pickle ball, badminton, and table tennis. Footsteps Child Care, in partnership with the City of Belmont, and support from the USTA NorCal, will again offers the H.I.T.S. tennis program. This program combines the challenge and fun of playing tennis with the educational and character-building aspects of team sports in a cooperative team environment to foster sportsmanship, integrity, camaraderie, responsibility, positive self-esteem, and social skills. Explore the world of making your own clay creations! This class will teach you how to create several hand-built clay pieces. Students will be introduced to Kiln firing, and procedures, as well as stages of clay: Wet, Greenware, Bisqueware, and more. Each student will custom glaze each project, and have all pieces fired in our kiln. Many projects are “built upon” each class, so that students experience a variety of mediums and take home several projects. Projects are new every session, so sign-up for all sessions OR our school program for discounted rate.

In this project Students will be taking inspiration from their favorite musicians to create their very own illustrative piece. Meant to be interpreted both literally and figuratively, they will craft an image of their own imagination informed by their artists of choice visuals, lyrics and/or likeness. This weekly 2-hour class is a great option for kids looking to move ahead with their artistic talents. The students are given more independence and freedom to be creative with the projects, and they have more autonomy in how their projects go. Projects often run for 3-4 weeks to give students the extra time to create a really impressive piece. Recommended for ages 9-16. Dress for a mess! We often work with acrylic paints and oil pastels, which can be very difficult to remove from clothing.

During this week campers get to enjoy a different ceramic and slime daily. ​ We know going home we so many slimes and ceramics can be overwhelming - so we have you covered. We will also be mixing in some watercolor and acrylic projects throughout the week. From fluffy slime to glow in the dark and snow slime - we will keep the campers day filled with exciting activities!

Join the Great Cupcake Bakeoff! Citizens of the Rabbit Hole Queendom gather to the Dessert Islands for the annual event, where bakers will show off their latest creations! This is a play pretend camp, so no actual baking will be involved. Drop off is from 9am - 9:30 and pick up is anytime between 3:30 - 4:00pm. Refund Policy: Please note that we have a no refund policy. Full credits will be issued for anything with a 4 week notice and can be used for any future Rabbit Hole activity. After 4 weeks we are unable to credit. If your child is sick or you need to miss a day of camp we will have a camp bag ready for you at the studio.
