In Music 2, children will begin to experiment with ways to play musical instruments, accompany a song with rhythm, and act out lyrics through movements using both gross motor and fine motor skills. Children know so much about music at this stage, and are at the beginning stages of being able to express themselves musically!

Puppet shows are back! Join us once a month on this Saturday mornings as we take kiddos on a story-time adventure with puppet pals Sneaky Pete, Tom the Rat, Meowzers, plus some new special guests! There will also be theater and movement games, dancing, and singing. Caregiver is required to stay.

Flip Out Creative Camp (Ages 3-5) Let your little one’s imagination soar at Flip Out Creative Camp! Designed for ages 3-5, this camp is all about fun, creativity, and learning through play. Each day, campers will: Boost gross motor skills with playful gymnastics and movement activities Explore their creativity with fine motor skills like drawing, painting, and cutting with scissors Build friendships and develop social skills while engaging in group activities Get a head start on kindergarten readiness with fun introductions to letters, numbers, and more Our daily activities include: Music and movement Arts and crafts Gymnastics fun Playful learning of the alphabet and numbers Organized outdoor games All campers must be potty trained.

Each week, our littlest Broadway fans and caregivers are introduced to exciting new songs, characters, and stories as Broadway Musicals are brought to life by a team of professional teaching artists. Created by a professional performer turned early childhood development specialist, Broadway & Me's unique curriculum is both entertaining and developmentally appropriate. Each class incorporates activities that are designed to support your little one’s physical, cognitive, social-emotional, and language development.

Explore the Magic Clock Shop! Kiddos will spend a day filled with imagination and adventure as they help Oliver Whizgear, resident owl tinkerer, with his newest creations! Drop off is from 9am - 9:30 and pick up is anytime between 3:30 - 4:00pm. Refund Policy: Please note that we have a no refund policy. Full credits will be issued for anything with a 4 week notice and can be used for any future Rabbit Hole activity. After 4 weeks we are unable to credit. If your child is sick or you need to miss a day of camp we will have a camp bag ready for you at the studio. This bag will be filled with enchanted projects, art materials, audio and video links and anything your kiddo might be missing in class. We are excited to share the day being creative, building community and friendships. Drop off is from 9am-9:30 and pick up is anytime between 2:30-3:00pm. During our days at Hilltop Creative Camp we will start our mornings off with indoor exploration, morning greetings, snack and an indoor creative activity. Nature is a huge focus of Hilltop Creative. We will have outdoor time on a neighborhood hike up to Bernal Hill and visit our local playgrounds Bernal Heights, Holly Park or St Mary's. Towards the end of the day we will be indoors and we will have an afternoon snack provided by Hilltop Creative for the campers.

***This course is ONLY for Grades 2-5** Learn the basics and foundations of playing the guitar. Technique, scales, chords, melodies, and songs will all be covered. We promise to teach you as many real songs as possible! This class is a great introduction for students who might then proceed to a private teacher. We will get your hands picking, strumming, and fretting. An electric or acoustic guitar is okay (no amplifier required). Materials: Bring in a guitar you already own, or we recommend First Act guitars online as an inexpensive solution (starting around $40). You must bring a guitar. Our five senses allow us to enjoy the world around us -- the taste of our food, the sound of music, the beauty of a sunrise, the softness of a cat's fur, and the fragrance of a rose. Children may recognize the importance of their senses, but they don't often focus on them individually. Senses send information collected to various parts of the brain. We will explore how our five senses work and why they are so important to the human experience.

Welcome to Racquets & Swim New this summer we are expanding racquet sports to include pickle ball, badminton, and table tennis. Footsteps Child Care, in partnership with the City of Belmont, and support from the USTA NorCal, will again offers the H.I.T.S. tennis program. This program combines the challenge and fun of playing tennis with the educational and character-building aspects of team sports in a cooperative team environment to foster sportsmanship, integrity, camaraderie, responsibility, positive self-esteem, and social skills. All participants receive an H.I.T.S. t-shirt, wristband, ball, certificate, players/parents manual and more!!!

The magically long-haired Rapunzel has spent her entire life in a tower, but now that a runaway thief has stumbled upon her, she is about to discover the world for the first time, and who she really is. Our movie nights include theater games, costumes, a film-related craft, and of course… pizza (and carrot sticks)!
