Johnny's Music Lessons (Guitar)
by Taylor Robinson Music
Macon, GA
Years of Experience: I have been playing live Location Options: In Studio Genres: Rock, Blues, Jazz, Acoustic, Christian, RB, Gospel, Pop Age Groups: Children, Young Adult, Adult Instruments Taught: Guitar Lessons Overview: I developed a love for music at a very young age. I originally started playing drums at church around the age of 5. I continued to play for the next 15 years until I decided to learn another instrument which is what most musicians do. I fell in love with the sound of the guitar so I decided to learn how to play. My first experience didn't go very well sadly to say. I begin learning when I was 19 but it was very difficult so after 2 weeks of practicing here and there I gave up. I started back when I was close to 27 years old. I could not afford to get consistent lessons at the time and I could not find a reliable instructor that would teach me voluntarily so I basically had to teach myself. It was difficult at times but it was well worth the effort after I played my first song! My dream job is teaching others to play guitar and helped them to grow as a musician. I have a background in church but I learn through music theory so I am able to teach any genre. I look forward to working with you to help you accomplish your goal of playing! Formal Education: I am self taught with no formal education but I know music theory which is what is taught in college. Private Education: I am a proud student of Kerry Marshall who is a professional guitarist. I am a active Kerry Kamper member and I've taken private lessons. Performing Experience: My performing experience consist of churches, weddings and recording. Experience Teaching: I have 3 years of experience teaching different age groups. -Education- Degree: Bachelor's Degree Business Management School: AIU Dates: 2019-12 Degree: Bachelor's Degree Business Management School: AIU Dates: 2019-12 Degree: Bachelor's Degree Business Management School: AIU Dates: 2019-12 -Reviews- Name: Dionna Johnson Date: 0000-00-00 00:00:00 Title: Dionna Johnson Body: Very good teacher! Adam's Music Lessons (Guitar, Drum, Piano, Song Writing, Vocal)

Hamilton, GA
Years of Experience: 30 Location Options: In Studio, In Home, In Webcam Travel Radius: 35 Genres: Rock, Country, Acoustic, Christian, RB, Pop Age Groups: Children, Young Adult, Adult Instruments Taught: Bass Guitar Lessons,Drum Lessons,Keyboard and Piano Lessons,Vocal Lessons,Song Writing Lessons Overview: Adam has been a lifelong student of music. At the early age of 4 years old he began vocal training under his Father's tutelage who was trained musically and received a full music scholarship to attend Tennessee Tech. Being raised as a preacher's kid afforded Adam many opportunities to work with professional musicians, singers and the like. By 12 years old, Adam was already comfortable and excelled as a singer and performer internationally. Throughout his middle school and high school years, he was recognized as an accomplished musician and singer at churches, school and nationwide competitions. By age 13, he received invitations to participate in national youth choirs who only seek the most talented young people. By age 15, he was involved in a traveling team of young people who performed concerts weekly to audiences of various sizes (500+). For many years Adam participated in the A/G Fine Arts Festival. Beginning in September each year, over 70,000 junior and senior high school students begin preparing their entries for the District and National Fine Arts Festivals. Each participant had to succeed at the district level to advance to regional level and then advance again to have an opportunity to compete on the national level. Every year Adam received an invitation to nationals. The only year he made the trip to compete in nationals, he placed in the top 33 final competitors in the nation. That year, only the 1st and 2nd place winners were revealed. With a life of musical training, Adam had an opportunity to become the fulltime choir and band director at a large church (400+) with an advanced music program by age 19. Moving directly into a working position as a musician and singer greatly influenced his decision to begin a paid music career instead of continuing his education. Since that time, Adam has productively directed and trained musicians and singers in 3 adult choirs, 2 youth choirs, a childrens choir of 100+, and 8 bands consisting of 48 musicians. He has worked as a consultant for many churches and organizations starting up new music programs. Formal Education: Aside from lifelong experience, saxophone, piano, and bass lessons from 5th grade through High School, no formal education has been acquired. While Adam continues to study music after a lifetime of experience, most of his education has been hands-on learning while performing and working with others who are highly educated in music. Private Education: Has learned from multiple experts in the music industry over the past 25+ years. Specializes in a fast paced learning method that uses music theory as it's foundation. This method enables you to use chord charts and quickly be ready to play with other musicians with little to no prior musical experience. Also works with beginning and intermediate level students on more classical forms of learning which includes reading sheet music. Performing Experience: Adam has performed on countless stages over the years. From small intimate settings to audiences with thousands of people. His experience is well versed to include traveling to multiple nations as well as being on both television and radio programs alike. Experience Teaching: Adam has taught all ages from 4 years old to 70+ years old. Most of his students have come by way of referral from other satisfied students/parents. Students have stayed with him for years. He is often highly regarded as a favorite among other past teachers.

Her musical influences include Chopin, Beethoven, Freddie Mercury, and Amy Lee. Megan's favorite thing about music is the ability to watch play your favorite songs and her favorite thing about teaching music is watching your eyes light up whenever you have played your first song through. When taking lessons with Megan you can expect patience and fun. She looks forward to getting to know you as a student and learning about your specific goals, interests, and learning style.
